Peaks Sotheby’s International Realty recently sold the Boot Jack Ranch in
Southern Colorado for $46.5 million, recording the largest residential sale
in the U.S. this year. I had the opportunity to preview this property last
summer at a Sotheby’s International Realty regional networking event led by
Bill Fandel and Nels Cary, the listing brokers for the property. It truly
is an extraordinary property and a testament to our luxury real estate
brand.
